LAA31	Safer use of the public highway for all, as demonstrated primarily by reduction in numbers and costs of deaths and injuries, but also by reduction in illegal and anti-social behaviour, and safer access by more vulnerable users.
LAA32	Reduce the harm caused by alcohol and drugs.
LAA34	Reduce anti-social behaviour.
LAA35	Reduce the social, emotional and cost impacts on victims and on a wider society by tackling the causes, and ameliorating the effects, of Prejudice and Hate Crime.
LAA36	Reduce the social, emotional and cost impacts on victims and on a wider society by tackling domestic violence and abuse.
LAA37	Tackle the most harmful offending behaviour
LAA38	Reduce the number of children and young people entering the youth justice system for the first time.
